The Accounts and Purchase Ledger Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of Competitive Socialising Limited. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and fixed asset register processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily purchase ledger inbox, including PO and invoice matching, and process all invoices, expenses, and credit notes.
- Reconcile all statements within an internal timeframe, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare supplier payment run dates, ensuring timely completion of month-end and mid-month payment runs.
- Monthly preparation of credit card and petty cash postings.
- Manage customer invoicing and debtor recoverability of non-client booking balances.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, with a drive to study CIMA/ACCA.
