Material Flow Coordinator

GK Search Limited is seeking an organized Material Flow Coordinator to join their operations team. This role involves coordinating material flow, managing inventory, and optimizing production planning.

• Develop and implement efficient material flow strategies to minimize delays and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and purchasing teams to optimize material procurement and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee the stores team, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely delivery of materials.

• Manage a small stores team (2 people), including performance evaluation and development.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports to track key production metrics, including on-time delivery and job progress.

• Relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Syspro.
