Exciting Opportunity for Primary Teachers

At Teaching Personnel, we are currently partnering with various partner schools in Westminster to find dedicated and passionate primary teachers to join their vibrant and inclusive primary schools in January.

Our partner schools aim to create a supportive learning environment where every student can reach their full potential academically, socially, and personally.

We especially encourage Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to apply for these roles, as many of our partner schools are eager to support your career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.

We are seeking an exceptional class teacher who:

  • holds a UK teaching qualification such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT, PGCE, SCITT, or Bachelor of Education (BEd) with the ability to absorb well from their mentor.
  • has a DBS on the Update Service (we can assist with this if needed).
  • is professional, hard-working, and demonstrates high standards of positive behaviour management.
  • has high expectations of themselves and children.
  • understands safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • is enthusiastic about education and learning.
  • can consistently demonstrate excellent teaching.
  • is committed to whole-school improvement through teamwork.
