A reputable organisation has partnered with Kenton Black Limited, an award-winning business operating for over 25 years with a high-quality reputation.
This organisation is seeking a temporary Debt Recovery and Administration Assistant to work full-time for approximately three months. There is a possibility that this role may become permanent. Working hours will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Your New Role:- Process supplier invoices onto accounting software
- Manage Groups Purchase Order System, ensuring compliance across the Group and reporting issues to Board level
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliations to verify receipt of invoices
- Support implementation of Group-wide supplier contracts and accounts
- Assist in other ad-hoc Purchase Ledger and wider Finance tasks as required
- Contact local authorities to resolve invoice issues, ensuring timely payment
- Verify customer account reconciliations
- Participate in annual audit for Accounts Receivable related samples
- Develop management information to analyse debtors and collections
- Maintain Groups billing schedules and reconcile changes to underlying financial ledgers
- Support Commercial department in setting up new local authorities and mastering data for payment terms and contacts
- Provide support in other ad-hoc Accounts Receivable duties and wider Finance tasks as required
- Ability to adapt to departmental changes during system implementation
This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in Debt Recovery and Administration while working with a reputable organisation. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
