As a Home Appliance Installer with John Lewis Partnership, you'll have the chance to develop a fulfilling career with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers' homes are equipped with quality products while maintaining a safe working environment.

To achieve this goal, you'll undergo our rigorous 13-week Porter training programme, covering essential topics like product assembly, wet connections, TV, and advanced audio installations. Once trained, you'll be confident in installing free-standing appliances, standard TVs, and furniture in customers' homes securely and effectively.

Your average day will involve loading vehicles safely, assisting drivers with installation and assembly services, and handling customer inquiries regarding booked services. Good communication is crucial; you'll need to establish regular contact with customers before arrival and after completing tasks to ensure satisfaction.

This position comes with an estimated hourly wage of £11.75, coupled with additional perks such as 18 days holiday entitlement (pro-rated for part-time employees), flexible scheduling options, and participation in our employer-matched pension plan.
