**Project Engineer - Hydraulics Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in hydraulics to join our team at Human Engineering. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex hydraulic projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hydraulic projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulic project engineering, with a strong background in oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BOSIET/FOET certification.
  • MIST certification.
  • Working at height certification.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems on cranes.
  • Appreciation of electrical/automation & control disciplines.
  • Good technical writing skills.
