Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at LWC Drinks. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Preparation: Conduct operator maintenance, ensure all products for delivery are correct, and load them onto the vehicle safely.
  • Delivery Execution: Complete delivery notes, return sheets, and collect payments. Execute special requests from customers by picking up and delivering items as directed.
  • Customer Service: Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential. Make customers aware of stock shortages or problems with their delivery.
  • Route Planning: Plan your route and requirements for the drop by studying the schedule and customer requests.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure correct health and safety procedures are adhered to. Complete all required checks and pass check sheets to the distribution manager.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in the warehouse when required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Driving License: Possess the correct driving license required for the vehicle.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Good safety practices and driving habits. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
