Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide personalized support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and engage in activities that bring them joy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care and companionship services to clients in their own homes
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to the care team
Requirements
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting older adults
