Residential Assistant

• Performing cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing various surfaces.

In this position, you will be expected to work diligently to meet the needs of our clients and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

1. Ability to adhere to Covid-19 protocols.
2. Proficiency in using cleaning supplies and chemicals.
3. Understanding of verbal and written instructions.
4. Endurance for extended periods of standing, sitting, and stooping.
5. Politeness and a positive demeanor.
6. Ownership of a car and a clean driving license.
7. Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to cover shifts on short notice.
8. Professional appearance and conduct.
9. Compassion for our elderly clients and a willingness to go the extra mile.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we provide a petrol allowance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
