Python Developer Opportunity at Shortlister

We are seeking a skilled Python developer to join our team at Shortlister, a video interview platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Django, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript, as well as a strong understanding of PaaS hosting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using Django and PostgreSQL
  • Collaborate with the product team to capture requirements and explain technical concepts in clear language
  • Review and provide feedback on development work by others
  • Scope and delegate development tasks as needed
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Django REST framework and API development
  • Knowledge of Heroku and Amazon Web Services (S3, Cloudfront, etc.)
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $37,000 - $46,000
  • A full-time remote position with no relocation required
