About the Role

Kido is an innovative and imaginative early years setting that combines the best practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches. We are seeking a Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at one of our nurseries.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and inspiring learning environment that promotes child development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Take ownership of observing and assessing children's progress and achievements.

  • A salary of up to £25,000 for full-time, 40-hour weeks.
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service.

What We're Looking For
  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum.
