We are seeking a highly skilled Maths Tutor to join our team at PeoplePlus.
As a Maths Tutor, you will work with small groups of prison-based learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.
The successful candidate will ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while delivering the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Maths & English qualification, be an expert in their field with substantial vocational experience, have experience of delivering vocational based training, and have a teaching or assessing qualification. However, if you don't currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, we are able to support you through the appropriate qualifications and assessments, as part of your probationary period.
