Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution, providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare sound legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases, leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in Personal Injury Litigation - preferably in defendant EL/PL.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
