We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Commercial Property team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of matters, ensuring a high standard of client care is maintained at all times and fee targets are achieved.

Your role will involve advising and assisting clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained and that the client\u2019s aims are met (subject to professional and regulatory requirements). You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship from engagement to billing and chasing payment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client/matter files
  • Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required
  • Attending clients both in person and on the telephone
  • Complying with all legislative and regulatory requirements

Technical competencies required include:

  • Ability to deal with straightforward transactions including occasional unfamiliar tasks which present a range of problems
  • Acceptable standard achieved routinely
  • Uses own judgement but may need supervision at differing levels of transaction
