About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Maintenance Operator to join our Water Response team in the Don area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, investigating problems, and implementing solutions that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and diagnose problems with water and wastewater network infrastructure
  • Implement repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of our network
  • Conduct routine checks on plant, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
  • Accurately report on performance and productivity using our reporting systems
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Basic IT skills and experience with digital equipment and apps
  • Report writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Full, clean driving license and ability to travel to sites in the Don and Aberdeen City area
  • Experience with HGVs and 180/360 excavators is desirable
  • Understanding of health and safety principles for site working is essential
