About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of the Bright Horizons Romsey Day Nursery and Preschool team, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Create a stimulating and supportive environment that fosters children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, milestones, and achievements.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs, activities, and resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Foster open communication with parents, sharing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education services.
Essential Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above in Maths and English (or Functional Skills Level 2).
  • A proven commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
  • An unwavering passion for teaching and learning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
