CV-Library is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join a dynamic team in Bedfordshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a variety of aircraft interior products in a fast-paced, low-batch manufacturing environment. Working closely with a small team, you will ensure the assembly of spare components meets required quality standards and customer demands.

  • Work with a diverse range of materials, including alloys, steels, plastics, fabrics, and leathers.
  • Adhere to and fully comply with all company health and safety policies.
  • Show a commitment to quality and help maintain business delivery and quality targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and drive efficiency.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of assembly experience within an engineering manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated high skill set in the use of a variety of power/hand and mechanical tools.
  • Good understanding of industry quality adherence requirements.

Key Responsibilities

This role reports to the Assembly Cell Team Leader and requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Working Hours

Standard Hours - 39 hours per week

Monday to Thursday: 15:00 to 00:00
Friday: 12:00 to 17:00
