Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the education sector.

About the Role:
  • Business development and client management to generate new opportunities
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Attending client meetings and school visits to build relationships
  • Shortlisting and interviewing candidates to fill vacancies
  • Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure timely placement
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and candidates to build strong relationships
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news and changes to legislation
  • Reviewing performance to continually improve
  • Supporting management with coaching and mentoring
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector
  • Previous sales experience or target-driven role
  • Drive, determination, and motivation to succeed
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Confident and positive personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a fast-paced environment
