Support Worker - Home Care Assistant

About the Role:
We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality care and support services to our clients, helping to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, including visiting their homes and engaging in various activities.
  • Assist with home help tasks, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with medication management and mobility assistance.

Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • No previous experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
