Front Office Supervisor Opportunity

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central.

About the Role:

  • Oversee front office activities and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
  • Supervise front desk operations and provide guidance to team members.
  • Monitor appearance, standards, and performance of team members.
  • Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
