Oxbury & Company is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor / Employers Agent to join our team, responsible for delivering Project Management and Employers Agent Services to a wide range of private and public sector clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Project Management and Employers Agent Services to clients across various sectors.
Provide day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Maintain relationships with clients, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or Employers Agent role.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualification.
MRICS qualification or relevant professional certification.
