Pertemps is recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Professional to work in the Worcester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. They will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to health and safety, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production/factory environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing and maintaining centrifugal and lobe pumps
  • Competency in electrical systems
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 3-shift rotating pattern
  • Experience working in a food factory is highly desirable
