Job Title: Head of Financial Operations

As a key member of the Travel Chapter team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to join our rapidly growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our finance operations team and drive business growth through efficient and effective financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best-in-class financial operations processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead a high-performing finance operations team to deliver scalable and lean financial services while maintaining a sufficient but low growth cost base.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of key transactional processes and financial metrics.
  • Agree and track service level agreements (SLAs) with senior leadership team (SLT) and other key business stakeholders.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables for the finance director.
  • Work on continuous improvements and other finance projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of best-in-class O2C and P2C processes and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-quality and on-time delivery mindset.
  • Experience delivering in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using data and KPI dashboards to understand what is performing well, what isn't, and why, and make recommendations for change.
  • Experience of root cause analysis and resolution.
