We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager to join our team at DKF Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering high levels of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including directors, site managers, and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure contracts are carried out to a high standard, with a focus on health and safety and client satisfaction.
  • Understand financial aspects of the management process, including pricing and budgeting.
  • Handle sales enquiries, develop new business leads, and maintain client relationships.
  • Compile risk assessments, method statements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Manage training requirements and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role for a licensed asbestos removal business.
  • ARCA (or equivalent) Licensed Contracts Manager Refresher.
  • Extensive industry experience, including asbestos legislation.
  • Ability to organize and run multiple projects.
  • IT literacy, with experience in programming software such as MS Project and Asta.
  • Good communication, literacy, and organizational skills.
  • Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
  • Commercial awareness and management experience.
  • Full driving license.
