About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Account Manager to join our team at Creative Triangle Limited. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic account planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions and campaigns that meet client needs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative design agency or similar environment
  • Proven track record of delivering successful account growth and development
  • Strong understanding of design processes, print practices, and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
