CV-Library are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Instructor to join our team based in Rotherham. As a Plumbing Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen career.

• You will teach and assess students on a range of plumbing courses, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
• You will plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating practical exercises and assessments to evaluate student progress.
• You will maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance and assessment results, providing regular feedback to learners.
• You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring that teaching and learning is aligned with industry requirements.
• You will promote a positive learning environment, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity and support for all students.

• Vocational qualification in Plumbing and Heating at level 3 or above
• Assessors Award
• Appropriate teaching qualification
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues and external partners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
