We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Services Operative to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our sites, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintaining designated facilities and outdoor areas, including sweeping, jetting, mopping, and dusting.
  • Attending to minor spills and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Performing routine cleaning tasks, including emptying and cleaning smoking shelters and other designated areas.
  • Moving and/or removing items, furniture, and equipment as required.
  • Driving company vehicles as necessary.
  • Segregating waste and preparing recyclable materials for despatch.
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling ad hoc enquiries from employees and customers.
  • Reporting completed jobs and tasks as per process.
Requirements
  • A proven ability to work as a member of a team and use own initiative in a busy environment.
  • Able to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • A full and valid driving license is required.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures, including corporate environmental policy and statutory regulations.
