Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Support Professional to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Home Support Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist clients with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and household chores
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families to promote independence and well-being
Key Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential
- Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and support
