Biofermentation Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our microbial product pipeline, focusing on fermentation and formulation processes. As a Biofermentation Specialist at FA Bio, you will oversee the early-stage product development strategy, ensuring optimal design and execution of fermentation protocols for our candidates.

You will manage a small team of scientists and technicians, collaborating cross-functionally with quality assurance, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and regulatory compliance.

Your expertise in submerged and solid-state fermentation techniques, as well as downstream processing methods like spray drying and granulation, is essential for this role.
