Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to assist with financial duties, including sales and purchase orders, credit control, and management accounts preparation. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and accounts staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process sales and purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise with the credit control team to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Purchase ledger and supplier payments management.
  • Perform general office administration tasks to support the team's productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar financial operations or administrative position.
  • Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
