About the Role:

The Best Connection is currently recruiting FLT CB drivers / Order Pickers to work in their warehouse in Spennymoor.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in order picking to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Moving stock into and out of the warehouse
  • Order picking and preparing stock for dispatch
  • Manual handling duties as required
Requirements and Specifications:
  • A valid FLT CB licence is essential for this role
  • MLOP, FLT Reach, and VNA licences would be advantageous but training can be provided
  • Previous experience in order picking is necessary
Working Schedule and Remuneration:
  • Rotating 2-shift pattern Monday to Friday
  • Early shift: 07:00 am - 15:00 pm (Friday 06:30 am - 14:00 pm)
  • Late shift: 11:00 am - 19:00 pm (Friday 10:00 am - 17:30 pm)
  • Basic hourly rate: £12.10 per hour
  • Overtime rate: £15.23 per hour
