About the Position

B&Q is looking for a Paid Search Optimization Expert to join our Store Support Office in Southampton. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus an array of benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing paid search performance, managing paid search support for trading activity and promotions, and working closely with the Paid Search Manager to ensure alignment with the larger performance media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze paid search performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and growth.
  • Manage paid search support for trading activity and promotions, adapting to changing trade plans as needed.
  • Work with the Go To Market team on seasonal responses and PIRs, providing data insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of paid search best practices and latest developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date through self-driven learning and industry reading.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
