We are looking for a talented Culinary Expert to join our team at Lounges as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard.

About the Company:

Lounges is a fast-growing restaurant group with a passion for serving high-quality food to customers. We pride ourselves on being a company that offers emotional and practical support to our staff, via the Licenced Trade Charity.

We offer a competitive salary of around £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • To work closely with your Head Chef to ensure all prep and par is completed for each shift.
  • To maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
