Charity Director

At NFP People, we are seeking a dedicated and visionary leader to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive strategic growth, expand partnerships, and develop innovative services that empower male, non-binary, and trans survivors of sexual violence.

As the new Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for delivering organisational strategy, operational plans, and performance targets. You will also lead fundraising efforts, diversify income streams, and oversee financial planning. Additionally, you will strengthen external relationships, represent the charity at forums, and influence policy.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading fundraising efforts and securing income from diverse sources.
• Strengthening external relationships and representing the charity at forums.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for driving social change. You will bring strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a commitment to inclusivity.

• Proven success in leading and developing teams and organisations.
• Strategic and operational planning expertise, including financial management.
• Strong experience in external representation and partnership building.
