Bar and Waiting Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at JW Lees. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our pubs and inns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and tailor your service to suit the customer
  • Support your teammates in all areas, helping out wherever needed
  • Be knowledgeable about our beers and be confident in recommending food and drink to our customers
  • Previous experience is not essential, but being proactive, supportive, and passionate about hospitality is
