Type of Hire: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to join our team at LTIMindtree. As an MDM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Expectations: Collaborate with customers to understand their MDM requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their needs.
  • Gather Requirements: Work with cross-functional teams to gather functional and technical requirements for MDM solutions.
  • Estimate and Plan Work: Estimate and plan work for all phases of the software implementation lifecycle.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Participate in process and functional design activities, and carry out application design, build, test, and deploy activities for Informatica MDM and integrating applications.
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing: Plan, execute, and complete user acceptance testing for MDM projects.
  • Excellent Analysis and Troubleshooting Skills: Possess excellent analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, and persistence in problem-solving.
  • Data Governance and Quality: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data security, data governance, data quality, data integration, data analytics, and data security best practices.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present information through reports and visualization, and possess good communication skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to support customers across geographies and time zones.
  • Process Consistency and Best Practices: Ensure consistency of process and usage, and champion best practices in data management.
  • Data Accuracy and Conflict Resolution: Ensure resolution of data conflicts between systems and within systems' data universe.
  • Strategic Data Leverage: Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for leveraging data to gain a deeper insight into our business, impact on international education, and our story.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to our policies regarding PII protection and data security, and oversee data expiry practices and establish processes for data archival and expiry.
  • Knowledge Management: Be a member of the Knowledge Management team.
  • Tools and Experience: Prior experience with Informatica MDM and product/customer master data management.
