Digital Content Editor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Editor to join our Digital Hubs team at Informa Group Plc. As an Assistant Editor, you will play a key role in supporting the production, development, and promotion of high-quality content on our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Support content management, production, and development, ensuring the quality and consistency of content produced and commissioned.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions and growth.
- Assist the Senior Editor in planning and delivering web content, maintaining value propositions for our online customers.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to share best practices in community management and content production.
- Support the creation of new content based on customer feedback and department strategy.
- Education to degree level in life sciences, biochemistry, or chemistry.
- Active personal interest in sciences.
- Relevant experience in publishing, medical communications, content production, or journalism.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creativity and genuine curiosity for the industry.
- Experience with problem-solving, initiating debate, and ensuring ideas are explored and implemented.
