We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team at Quay Personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual to work with a reputable Engineering company based in Liverpool.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts that deliver profitable turnover. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to promote our engineering solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with strategic customers to identify their needs and requirements
  • Developing and maintaining a portfolio of key customer accounts to deliver profitable turnover
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Identifying new sales opportunities to generate long-lasting relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Engineer or similar role
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience in sales and delivering excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum
  • A car allowance
  • An OTE of £55-60,000 per annum
