Job Title: Extrusion Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Technician to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our uPVC extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products for the building industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain uPVC extrusion equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production
• Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production issues and improve processes
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Working Hours:
The role is available on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with day and night shifts available. You will work a 12-hour shift, with regular breaks and time off in between.

Salary and Benefits:
You will receive a competitive salary of £16.00 per hour, plus a £2.00 per hour night shift allowance. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.

Location:
The role is based at our Somercotes site in Alfreton, Derbyshire. We offer a range of amenities and services on site, including a canteen and on-site parking.
