Conveyancing Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Attorney to join our reputable legal practice in the UK.

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
• Transaction Execution: Manage complex conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and excellent client service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve high-quality results, meet deadlines, and drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate technical competence in conveyancing and a commitment to delivering outstanding client satisfaction.

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing, preferably within a busy legal practice.
• In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
• Familiarity with compliance standards, including AML, CQS, and SRA regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical skills, including proficient use of MS Office programs and ability to quickly learn new case management software.

• Estimated salary: £36,000 per annum.
