Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at our Pyle location in South Wales. As an integral part of our day-to-day functions, you will be responsible for general vehicle repair and maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance inspections, MOT preparation, and service and maintenance of all vehicles to the highest standard.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers across the UK and Ireland. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vehicles and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Predominantly workshop based with mobile capability
  • Taking care of general vehicle repair and maintenance duties
  • Carry out preventative maintenance inspections ensuring all vehicles are safe and road tested
  • Prepare all vehicles for MOT
  • Service and maintain all vehicles to the highest standard
  • Whenever called upon, attend breakdowns
Requirements
  • A Full UK / Irish / EU Class C or CE (formerly Class 1 or 2) Manual Driving Licence
  • 6 points or fewer on your driving licence (for insurance purposes)
  • Aged 21 or above (for insurance purposes)
  • Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
  • Organisational skillsPunctual and reliable
