Job Title: Childcare Assistant

Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver a fun and engaging learning environment that meets the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Work closely with the team to deliver a fun and engaging learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the EYFS framework
  • Assist with the daily routine of the nursery, including mealtimes and sleep times
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursery

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification, Early Years/ Childhood studies Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year's current experience of working within a day nursery
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Experience working within a nursery or educational setting
  • Paediatrics First Aid Training
