Environmental Project Coordinator - Lanpro

We are a forward-thinking consultancy providing innovative planning, design, and environmental services across the UK.

We have a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, including the development consent order for the Cottam Solar Farm.

Lanpro is expanding its team to drive growth and deliver excellence in supporting clients on new infrastructure projects.

You will be part of a dynamic consultancy that shapes spaces for the better, co-creates social and environmental value, and provides a vibrant workplace with opportunities for growth.

The Role:

As an Environmental Project Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, delivering planning advice on planning applications and projects.

You will conduct research, undertake comprehensive planning appraisals, and prepare and submit EIA reports.

Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality reports with clear recommendations, communicating with stakeholders, and developing and refining fee proposals to generate new business.

You will work with the Finance Partner to develop and refine commercials fee proposals and client relationships to generate new opportunities with existing clients.

Your Background:

An ideal candidate would have an environmental or related degree.

Chartered status or being on the journey to becoming chartered through CIWEM, CIEEM, or IEMA is desirable.

You will thrive on working on broad and technical projects, delivering to a high standard for clients.

You will have competent EIA technical and legislative knowledge and experience, likely with understanding of one or more environmental technical areas from a planning-led background.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
