The role involves working with a dynamic team of consultants on high-value hotel and luxury residential projects based in central London.

Responsibilities include managing project budgets, coordinating with architects, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Salary Package

The salary for this position is expected to be in the range of £50,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This includes a basic salary, pension, performance-related bonus, company bonus, healthcare, dental healthcare, and 24 days holiday.


Job Description

This exciting role offers an opportunity to work on prestigious hotel and luxury residential projects in central London.

Candidates should have a good understanding of the design process and be able to use MS Project and P6.

Experience in project management and a stable work record are also essential.


Required Skills and Qualifications
">

To be considered for this role, candidates should:

  • Be MRICS qualified;
  • Have a good understanding of the whole design process;
  • Be able to use MS Project and possibly P6 too;
  • Have some project management experience or be studying towards an MSc in Construction Project Management;
  • Have a stable work record and good pre- and post-contract work experience;
  • Have excellent written and spoken English.

Candidates should also be confident in dealing with people at all levels and have a willingness to do short-term travel overseas when required.
