Job Title: Family Solicitor

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor to join our team. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law cases, including legal aid and public law/care matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload, including advocacy at directions hearings
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client and professional relationships
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive the growth of the department
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing function to support business development events
  • Develop as an advocate, with a focus on representing clients before the court
Requirements:
  • 4 years PQE level
  • Strong background and interest in family law
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Interest in marketing and business development
