Security Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at ABM. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer service and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure that all visitors and tenants within the shopping centre have a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, identifying and mitigating any potential security risks.
- Work closely with the cleaning team to maintain the centre's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and supported.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity to the control room.
- Liaise with the control room to ensure that all security procedures are followed and that any incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Front Line DS License preferred.
- CCTV License preferred.
- A professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful attitude is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
