Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead educator in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
