As a Process Engineer Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing designated product lines, ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime. You will master Production Technology and Maintenance techniques, including Loss Investigation and Resolution, Implementation of basic maintenance processes, and data analysis from various sources.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and repair designated product lines to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime.
  • Master Production Technology and Maintenance techniques, including Loss Investigation and Resolution.
  • Implement basic maintenance processes for designated product lines.
  • Provide direction to shift teams on problematic areas using data analysis from all sources of data.
  • Drive centre lining activities for sustained line performance.
  • Implement Quality improvements to drive down TQN and QN to fall in line with company metrics.

About You:

  1. You hold a HNC or Degree level education in Engineering/Mechatronics or a similar field of study.
  2. You have 5+ years technical or manufacturing experience, with several years of experience with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment.
  3. You have experience working in a busy manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of Quality Systems.
