About the Role

Nomo Fintech is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and intermediaries, providing them with detailed information on our products and lending criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain a contact strategy with a panel of brokers to develop relationships and provide tailored information on Nomo's products and lending criteria.
  2. Respond to enquiries from brokers and intermediaries, assessing their requirements and needs via email or telephone.
  3. Achieve set targets through the development of both new and existing intermediary relationships within the scope of Nomo's current appetite for business.
  4. Provide technical expertise to intermediaries on Nomo Mortgages' products and underwriting criteria, as well as technical IT support and problem-solving for intermediary portal issues.
  5. Represent Nomo at expositions, conferences, and seminars to raise our profile and drive mortgage growth and brand awareness.
  6. Collaborate with all areas of the business to achieve results.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines at all times.
  8. Support team members across sales and the whole business to meet service standards and achieve results.

Requirements

  1. Significant experience in B2B business development and relationship management, particularly in real estate finance, wealth management, or retail banking.
  2. Good understanding of retail banking products and business practices.
  3. Creative and self-motivated individual with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
  4. Demonstrable experience in building relationships, spotting opportunities, and developing partnerships.
  5. Fluency in English, with Arabic language capability an advantage.
  6. A can-do attitude and commitment to upholding the Bank's PROUD values.
