Michele Denny Recruitment is seeking a skilled Complex and Large Catastrophic Personal Injury Claims Adjuster to join their team in Diss, Suffolk.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the flexibility of hybrid working. The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
About the Role:
As a Complex and Large Catastrophic PI Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing a demanding caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims. Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough investigations into indemnity, liability, and quantum, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each case.
You will work closely with the Panel Solicitors to develop effective strategies, particularly for catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k. Your role requires strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail, as you assess claims within agreed authority levels while maintaining a commercially savvy approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims
- Conduct thorough investigations into indemnity, liability, and quantum
- Develop effective strategies with Panel Solicitors for catastrophic or multi-track claims
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to challenge effectively where needed
- Solid understanding of industry procedures, products, and services within the Insurance sector
